Did you know that all electronic equipment - computer equipment, faxes, etc. - can no longer be disposed of with conventional rubbish.

PfX Services is working with African Community Initiative Support to help people in East Africa improve their lives.

One of the ways we do this is to sell donated equipment to raise funds for the organisations.

However, we can only accept equipment that is working order
and is capable of being sold to raise money for ACIS.

We can accept:

  • Computer base units with processors of 800MHz and above.
  • TFT monitors (not CRT)
  • Printers (although we reserve the right to refuse)
  • Fax machines, mobile phones (with chargers), copiers.

Earlier this year, we collected over 20 used mobile phones and sold them in Kenya, raising enough money to buy every child at the Mercy Gate Champion Children's Home new, leather school shoes.

Due to the WEEE directive regarding the disposal of electrical aand electronic equipment, to cover our costs in the event of receiving equipment that we cannot pass on, we may make a charge of up to £10 per unit.

We can provide:

  • Receipt for all goods
  • Audit trail, if required
  • All data storage media to be security wiped.
All data storage media is security-wiped to
US DoD 5220.22-M (8-306./E, C and E
before disposal or recycling - total security guaranteed.
